Paving Joondalup

I provide paving services across Joondalup for homeowners who want a clean, practical finish around their property. Most of the paving work I carry out includes driveways, alfresco areas, pathways, pool surrounds and courtyard spaces. Good paving should look neat, drain properly and stay stable over time.

In the Joondalup area, ground preparation is especially important. Many blocks sit on sandy soils, and without the right base preparation, pavers can shift or sink. Before laying anything, I excavate to the correct depth, install and compact the base material, and make sure water can drain away from the house.

What the Process Looks Like

The first step is a site visit. I measure the area, check levels and talk with you about how the space will be used. Vehicle traffic, foot traffic and exposure to weather all affect the type of paver and base preparation required.

Once we confirm the design and materials, I provide a clear written quote outlining:

• Excavation and removal of spoil

• Base preparation and compaction

• Edge restraints

• Paver supply and installation

• Sanding and finishing

If drainage adjustments or additional works are required, I explain that upfront so there are no unexpected additions later.
