Lawn Installation Joondalup

I install new lawns across Joondalup for homeowners who want a tidy, usable outdoor area that suits local conditions. Whether you are starting with a new build or replacing an old lawn that has worn out, the preparation underneath is what determines how well it performs.

In this area, most blocks sit on sandy soil. That can drain well, but it also means nutrients wash through quickly and the surface can become uneven if it is not prepared properly. Before laying any turf, I focus on getting the base right.

How I Prepare the Area

The first step is removing any existing grass, weeds or debris. From there, I level the ground and address drainage if needed. I then improve the soil profile by adding quality underlay or organic material so the turf has something stable to establish in.

Before the lawn goes down, I check irrigation coverage. There is no point installing new turf if it is not going to receive even water. If adjustments are needed, I sort that out beforehand.
